Fees

Direct debit. $35 / week (max 5 classes per week). Nine wk min. (no joining fee)

Casual Classes $25.00.

Ten Visit Pass - $190.00 (15 week expiry)

Note :- Mat and small apparatus classes are designed for participants that have full function and no chronic injuries. Talk to our staff about the suitability of these classes if in doubt.

Class Descriptions.

Beginners - Designed to teach you the foundations of the Pilates Method & for you to begin your journey to freedom of movement whilst improving strength & flexibility. Participants must complete 10 beginners classes before progressing to the other classes.

Mat 1 & 2 - An introduction to more progressive repertoire & continuing to develop understanding of the Pilates concepts and principles. Work according to your strengths and experience.

Small Apparatus - Suitable for all levels of competency including beginners. Includes use of thereband, magic circle and other small apparatus.
