The first is used to assess individual requirements and programming needs and the second is to allow the client to become familiar with the Pilates method, their own body and their individually tailored program. Ongoing Sessions Once the introductory sessions are complete, the client moves into a small group setting of 3-4 clients to one instructor. Each session continues to be individually tailored and fully supervised at all times. Pricing Beginners Pack: $490 Includes: 2 x Private Sessions and 10 X Ongoing SessionsOngoing Sessions: Block of 10 Sessions - $360. Single Session - $45. Private Sessions: Available on request.
