“Pilates is a form of exercise, but the Pilates method offers more than that. It is a practice of the mind-body connection. If you persist at it, you will see a momentous shift in all areas of your life like what it has done for me.”

Eleena has dabbled in different forms of exercise in her life but nothing stood out to her until she came across Pilates. She was particularly attracted to the Pilates method because of its methodology and how it can be tailored for the individual, especially if the person has pre-existing conditions. She found that it was the solution to help her partner with postural issues developed over years of working as a chef.

When Eleena commenced her studies in Pilates instruction, she noticed that with daily practice of Pilates she started seeing a positive shift in areas of her life such as her mindset, her relationship with herself and her family, how she carries herself in her posture and ultimately her body.

Pilates does not discriminate your age, gender, condition, background, strength and flexibility, and the list goes on. She strongly believes that everyone can benefit from Pilates.
