Jo has been inspired by movement her whole life. From doing modern dancing and karate as a youngster to teaching everything group fitness related.
She was looking for an alternative to all the constant high impact activities as it was starting to take a toll on her joints. That is when she got introduced to Pilates. Jo admits that she didn’t initially understand the method, but her curiosity led her down the infamous rabbit hole. She fell in love with Pilates and what it had to offer and the rest is history.
Jo knew she had to share this new found movement practice with others and commenced her studies in Pilates. She believes in regular self practice and continuing education to stay relevant and up to date.
