What will you learn?
Katrina Edwards will guide you and lead you through this self directed short course unpacking the pilates method helping you understand your body taking your pilates practise to a whole new level.
Breathing – we will practise the Breathing and understand where to feel Breath and how to strengthen the breathing apparatus we have impacting your mental health and physical wellbeing
Posture – we will practise activities to improve your own posture so that you can then add in some easy to learn, daily activities, to build strength in your core and back at home without needing to be at a pilates studio
Anatomy – we will study the basics of Anatomy with the intention of building your knowledge yourself on how the body is designed motivating you to move more often.
This short course with Katrina Edwards will improve strength, mobility and flexibility as well as general health and wellbeing.
